Currently, we support Friends of Diabetes Sierra Leone to provide the following services in Freetown.
- Testing you for diabetes.
- Supporting, advising and providing information to help you improve your quality of life.
- Teaching you skills to help you deal confidently with your diabetes.
- Helping you make choices concerning care and treatment.
- Screening for diabetes in schools and communities.
The Friends of Diabetes Sierra Leone team of Health Care Assistants is based at 2 Pike Street, Freetown. You can call into the office or they can come out and see you at home. Ring them on 00 232-88-864-418.
